We are using 512MB DDR3 part from ISSI, IS43TR16256A-125KBLI. While DDR testing, we tried to write some data on the first two locations as shown below,
0x80000000 wr data 0xffffaaaa
0x80000004 wr data 0x5555bbbb
The data when read back is given below,
0x80000000 rd data 0xaaaa0000
0x80000004 rd data 0xbbbbffff
0x80000008 rd data 0x00005555
We have observed a shift of 16 bit of the data. Please let us know your views on this shift.
