Forum Post: What is the DDR3 speed grade on AM437x EVM?

Hi,

I want to tryout DDR3 timing configuration on AM437x EVM board. For that, I need the speed-grade on the DDR3 chip that was used in the EVM so that I can use the right values in the spreadsheet tools. The EVM hardware user's guide mentions the model number as "MT41K512M8RH" but not the speed grade.

Kindly provide the missing detail.
