Forum Post: whether uboot support 16bit DDR configuration

Dear TI sdk version:sdk6.0 I have used the EMIF-1.95 version to set DDR data bus width to 16 bit. but when board boot , it promote some error info:"DDR4 initial fail" and I have checked the uboot code,seems that current U-BOOT code doesn’t support 16-bit memory configuration ? could you help me check whether the problem exists under sdk6.0 or not BRS;
