Hi Biser,
Thanks again for your help... this insight got us looking in the right direction. Our power supply filtering was preventing the PMIC from coming up cleanly.
For information, I was able to connect an XDS100v2 emulator to the processor without the SYSBOOT pins being configured correctly. Hopefully we can now prove the rest of the design before fixing this in the next iteration.
