On Occasion, U-Boot will pause for a few minutes, then boot up as normal on our prototypes.
Here is where it pauses:
"U-Boot SPL 2011.09-svn15 (Nov 28 2012 - 12:57:02)
Texas Instruments Revision detection unimplemented"
Our board has an AM3352, 1Ghz speed grade. The design is similar to the AM335x EVM.
This does not happen all of the time. It occurs maybe once every 5 or 10 power-up cycles. It also does not appear to occur on all boards. So far we have only see 3 boards do this (out of over 20 proto boards).
I did search the forums on this topic, but did not find anything where U-Boot pauses. There were plenty where U-Boot hangs or stop, but nothing exactly like this.
