Few questions:
1. Do your tftp and dhcp logs well hidden in C:\TI\uniflashv3\third_party\sitara\log match the ones from my screenshot in above post (including TFTP Home folder, ServerIP, SPL/uboot filenames, etc)?
2. In your screenshot above, I see NO bytes sent or received on your "Lan Area Connection 4" dialog box. Pretty sure I had some activity as soon as I turned my AM335x EVM on (and also saw "CCCC" activity on the UART console). Is your network alive? Or maybe you have a Windows firewall blocking?
3. Do you have AM335x PG2.x silicon? There was a bug in PG1.0. My PG2.0 EVM says XAM3359AZCZ. Please see bottom of the following post to identify (was a different issue): http://e2e.ti.com/support/arm/sitara_arm/f/791/p/274073/967686.aspx#967686
