The formula is:
Dividing value = (FCLK/16)/Tfreq
If T=200us then Tfreq = 1/ 2* 200us = 2500Hz. Then 48 000 000 /16 / 2500 = 1200 or DLL = 0xB0 and DLH = 0x04.
As you can see the frequency period is twice the ON pulse.
